Hi All,
I need to modify some pipework on my Vertical Ingersoll Rand compressor and I'm a bit baffled by the connection into the receiver
The female side accepts a brass sleeve nut that goes over the 1/2" copper pipe, which is flared. the nut tightens the flare down onto, what looks like some kind of gasket/washer inside the fitting.
Can someone educate me as to what kind of fitting I need to ask for and where from please?
(I was expecting an olive of some kind, but I gather these are common in HVAC)
The fitting I require are a 90 deg elbow (like shown) and a straight one
Many Thanks
Dave
