... I was actually going to add 2 more legs .. still not enough though 
But the fact everyone can identify what it is, is good enough for me.
They are Chukky Pigs round here BTW, no idea why

That is often the best way with sculpture, this sort of work is almost a cartoon of the subject, start cluttering it up being 'accurate' and it often loses it's charm and appeal.

This is what I have.
I turn on the bottle tap and currently the right hand gauges reads approx. 1000psi Markings on bottle indicate its 29kg ?? or is that irrelevant.
Highly embarrassing but I have no idea how to read the gauge to indicate remaining gas if that's possible
. I just use it, and at some point it runs out and I go and get a new bottle. Being only a hobby it's never been life or death if I suddenly run out. It's only the fact I can't just pop out now that's made me wonder how much I actually have.

Volume and pressure vary linearly. If you started out with 3000psi then you're about 2/3rds of the way through your cylinder (give or take).
P(1) x V(1) = P(2) x V(2)
Where:
P(1) is the pressure of the compressed gas in the cylinder (psi)
V(1) is the internal volume of the cylinder, often referred to as water volume (liter)*
P(2) is the atmospheric pressure (1 atm - 14.7 psi)
V(2) is the volume of gas at pressure P (2) (liter)
