Contacting paypal on Android phone.

Do others have problems contacting paypal from an Android phone.
If I select help, options appear but when you select an option they ask for 2 forms of contact but no where to select or add those.

I will check on my laptop but wondered if it's my account or generic on paypal and Android?

Have you tried clearing your cookies, closing down the app completely, not just clicking the back button and resetting your phone

I've supplied PayPal with various forms of Id from android devices, passport, driving licence, they've still blocked my account, for no apparent reason.

Gave up, and don't use them.
