3/4 would be better in copper than half inch as it would give better heat disipationI did my shop in 15mm copper a good few years ago and its never been a problem, not sure why you would use 3/4" though.

Money basically, the 3/4 is cheaper than the 1/2 for some daft reason, i thought it was marked wrong but apparently not.
