Yes I think I did. I set another print off just a temp measure this afternoon and that is definately that orientation.Are you printing in that orientation? (I wouldn't).
Printing with the back vertical feature(red line) on the bed would increase the strength of the two tabs but would then decrease the strength of the single part circled yellow

It does. But you can't put one on the other clips..Which is why it has a strengthening web unless my eyes deceive.

45 degrees on what planes?For tricky box like prints, I print at 45 degrees. Also check intended purpose for design considerations. These sorts of parts are often optimised for injection moulding or other production process and can/should be tweaked for FDM.
