I think maybe he means a Kestrel DAS6 DA Sander/Polisher... and if so, here's one supplier, quite often referred to over at detailing world

I put you a link to a machine on ebay in your other thread that will do the job. There are many of them with similar spec and price you will just have to trust your judgement and buy one that sounds right for you then you can probably tell us what you think of it. A friend of mine has a Silverline rotary polisher, not DA and I have used that a few times with good results and it has been used in a motorbike shop polishing tanks and panels for a good few years now.
