I unearthed an old Dayton 3z562 290 amp welder from the in-laws garage. Does anyone know where I can get an owners manual for it and if a 110 to 220 voltage convert or would be able to run it as the garage does not have 220 service. I'm guessing its from the 60s or early 70s. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Google shows the classic buzzbox, I picked one up for a friend.
I don't think your going to convert to 110.

No, it kind of runs on 110, I was wondering if one of those converters could generate 220 to run it or if that would damage it.
