Decamig 4160e

Does anyone have any experience with the decamig 4160 e
Would you choose a used one over a new hobby clarke one of similar pricing
Any advice appreciated

There was a Decamig sold on Ebay just before Xmas, not sure of it's amps but only made about £70.

I think many will shy away due to the spares availability, fairly sure they are of Spanish origin.

Yea I can't find much info about them or price other than Spanish or Italian
