Diablo quad bikes

Hello all would anyone on here know of a source of parts for Diablo quads.

It appears to be a post 2005 one as there is a sticker on the engine saying it complies 2005 emissions regs. Powered by a Yanmar diesel engine.

Looking for a new front left drive shaft, associated bearings, hub carrier, spacers, disk to drive shaft expanding taper lock, and grub screws etc, tried all the major sources of parts and I’m now looking for either second hand ones in good condition or maybe some smaller older shop that has a selection of parts around.

Anyone got any leads?

EPBarrus at Bicester used to handle Yanmar engines and may be able to point you to a source for chassis parts.

They were built by a Welsh company called Diesel Quads ltd, but the company has been dissolved. Youll probably find the bits your after are the same as other brands of the same era. Maybe can am or something else non Japanese. What you need is some one who fixes lots of old quads wholl recognise the bits

That’s a really good point I didn’t think of that. Somewhere I found a reference to the front hubs being off a ford focus but it was only a very vauge and obscure reference no real backing to it.

Bearings will be numbered, you can get one off shafts made, but pricey. In reality the bill for bits is going to be way beyond its value, especially if there paying you too

Aye the races weren’t rusted to buggery so i fortunately do have the numbers. Could easily get a shaft made or this one repaired but probably would cost more than the bike is worth.
