hi,i will be blasting some engine cases soon
i intend to degrease them but i saw a 4x4 is born
on tv the other day,he said he put an head in
a dish washer, does this work if so i'll put one
in me garage.
cheer's,john.
My pa did that years back with his triumph T100 cylinder head.
Worked a treat as far as I found out.
My Mum nearly killed him afterwards.
Your call.
Chunko'.
Welcome to the forum, I remember years ago my brother and I were trying to clean some engine parts and we decided the parents dishwasher might work well
Actually came out really good, so much so that if we had a water supply in the garage we'd have stuck a dishwasher in there.
Ovens have their uses too, once heated a Velocette engine case in there, all good till she came home just in time to see a bearing plop out and roll slowly across the new kitchen lino leaving oily tracks...
cheer's for the welcome,
bit off the subject but i'm thinking of starting
blasting as a business,is it possible to use
those 20 g pressurised pot and cabinet's to start
up or am i wasting my time with them.time is
not a problem as i don't think i'll be stowed out
with work to start with.
cheer's,john.
