I'm fairly sure you don't. Argoshield is inert so you shouldn't need to worry about flashbacks like with oxygen/acetylene.

Thanks, i didn't think i needed one but my new argon regulator had a tag attached to say make sure you have installed flashback arrestors. Go figure?!

I won't be too near you i'm afraid - staying in the South - near Christchurch and Invercargill (the missus was brought up there, so we're visiting family, and she's "showing me the places of her youth")
