Dogs!

I have a little dog which I got accidentaly

She's a lhasa apso x pomeranian who stands about knee high to a flea - mug for perspective
The table she's on is about 31inches high, and is 2ft from the nearest chair and she can jump onto it from the floor in one leap

My daughter owns her mother.
She bred her, and ended up with 8! puppies.
We vetted the prospective owners VERY thoroughly (rejected about 12 prospective buyers).
This one was always the naughty/mischievous one - and because it took so long to sell her siblings, I fell for her

I actually planned to get a lurcher

My brother has just got one similar BigEgg, little belting dogsm jsut a pain on the grooming side. When we got our Ziggy SWMBO wanted a Bichon frise, I call them hand bag dogs, lol. In the end we found our Ziggy in a local dogs home, i didnt really want a dog but when i spotted this wee pup just sat looking sorry for itself i had to take it for a walk, then ....well we ended up with her.

She is the best mutt i have ever had, well not really as i loved my last dog all the world and miss her still.

My old dog was the same size and build as ziggy(?) - except black.

She was worse than the new one - I fenced off the dog yard with garage doors, and she climbed them to escape.
She had two litters one at nine months old, one at nine years old - the second litter, she had a "live in lover" in her kennel over christmas (sneaked in whilst we were out I think) that we didn't know about :/
I left her in the kitchen once and she opened the child lock on the fridge and emptied it.
She went for a (private) traffic warden who put his hand in the open window of the car (she was asleep in the passenger footwell).
She wouldn't let exMrsEgg sit in the front passenger seat - that was *hers* (her pork scratchings were in the glove box).
She *hated* the smell of weed cannabis, and chased a smackhead up a tree - she was a rescue dog, and associated the smell with the previous owner.
Oh yeah, she didn't like walking sticks - used to steal them off anyone using one, to the point I had to keep her on a lead all the time.

I miss her

Weird dogs and things, she doesnt like a baking tray if you hold it vertical, horizontal she doesnt mind and will lick off it, thoguht it could be to do with the old owner but there were 8 of them that came in and age 41/2 months old, she was the last one to go.

To easy to get attatched arent they. Our Zig is good at the minute at home, doesnt chew anything but her toys, which dont last long, was going through £20pw at first then i decided to get her a kiddies bike tyre to chew on and its lasted for now lol. Or a cows leg every fortnight from the buthcers, Oh and her bedding she chews and eats, not good when its poop time when it like bloody houdini with a string of poop having to be pulled out. Today 2 poops and 2 two foot lengths of stringy stuff came out. Need to watch what we give her for a bedding. She is 5 months in the first pick and 10 months in the second, dont think she will grow much more but not sure on the breed as she is a cross. ABx ? the home we got her from made us get her spayed, not a bad thing as didnt want pups from her.
She is barmy fun though and so loving, constant playing around, we take her to a big field where she runs riot for hours with all the other dogs, gives me a rest lol.

You cant judge a fit healthy dog by human stds. My last dog jumped and cleared a five bar gate carrying a full grown dog fox in its mouth (he was quite a big lad). I cant hurdle a 5 bar gate and I don't know anyone who can and I stand six foot but I haven't yet had a retriever or medium size running dog that couldn't do this with relative ease after proper training

My dog a german shepard/timber wolf cross comes into my workshop and knocks over cans of red bull to drink then goes absolutely mental for about a hour, it's funny for me not so much for people visiting though, he's not the friendliest at the best of times and red bull doesn't make him better.
