Ecoair A10 ingersoll rand not building pressure

hi. I'm new on here and don't know too much about compressors,, I have just acquired an ingersoll rand ecoair A10, it builds pressure in the tank very very slowly,, I can leave it running for 10 mins and there is hardly any pressure in the tank.
The oil level is fine, I can't find any information online about these compressors,, can anyone point me in the right direction on what to check.

looks like an oil flooded screw, chould be the control valve that controls the throttel flap or the throttel flap itself thats stuck shut

thanks for your response,, what could i do to resolve a flooded screw?
any idea where to get a service kit from?cant find anything online to do with the ecoair a10

"oil flooded screw" describes what sort of compressor it is, rather than a fault

haha i thought that after i asked the question!!
the throttle valve sucks down when it starts up and pops up when turned off so that seems to be working fine
