A bit of a toy really, blowing up tyres, impact wrench for changing wheels, no DA sander or spraying, justb to have in the garage for 'handiness'
When I was into car rebuilding, I had a 3HP 150L FIAC. It was a great machine, but no real need for something like that. I know the limitations of small direct drive machines, was just wondering if this was any better or worse than the others on offer.
BTW, I served an apprentiship with Chicago Pnuematic
What do you think of the sales pitch?.. it practically says that its huge air capacity and high pressure perfect for paintwork and spraying. so if youre going to buy it because it will spray your whole car u will be dissapointed. these adverts are imho are miss leading to say the least
Suction capacity: 154 l /min? Would that be displacement?
That's only 5.44 cfm so if that is displacement then the FAD would be really poor. Even if that's FAD it's still very low.
Oh, and the receiver is only 24 litre too.
