Note sure if this is the right place for this, but thought some of you may be experienced electro-platers so may have an idea.
I have the following chemicals from my old Gateros zinc/nickel electro-plating kit. They're fairly old now, haven't been kept in ideal conditions, and have done a fair bit of work so I suspect in need of renewal, therefore I'm wondering how you go about disposing of this type of stuff.
- Electrolyte
- Passivate
- Alkaline cleaner
- Acid pickle
We're only taking about a bucket of each so not industrial quantities, hence why I'm struggling to know what to do with them. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers.
