Noted cheersDepends how much you'll be welding at those amps. They're rated with a duty cycle, just like the welder. Try running a 200a rod holder at even just 120 and you can't go that long before you don't want to hold onto it any longer.
If you use a 400 amp twist type it might not clamp and hold rods smaller than 3.2
Assume right handed welder.

Try that with a screwy type holder.
