chip altered in the meantime
What could be the original chip?
two pcs LM324N
I think one chip faulty, and overheating is happening.

That's a poor soldering job on both those chips. Get new ones and resolder them in properly and see if that fixes it. Chips rarely overheat so much that they melt the solder. LM 324 are basic op-amps not power components.

If the original pics are correct then one of those chips is the wrong way round.

I've tried both round heats

They should only be installed the right way round or they will be damaged and need replacing.
Is there no faintly visible identifying labelling on the second chip?

I bought 10 pieces chip
in both directions to try
To continue the same problem.

I have the same cutter and look also for diagram for my WP280.

Hi i have similar problem with same device. No pilot arc at all. When hold torch trifer after 15sec gas flown is activated but not arc. I think that is wrong, gas must flow 10-15second after cutting but when I relase triger gas flow stop instantly. I am not sure for mising komponent whats make hv pilot arc voltage becose device not working For Tarik, check ic on atached picture.
