engine coffee tables

what do you think of my take on the engine coffee table thing?
Ive done a few of these now using old bike engines, stripped, vapour blasted, polished, bits powder coated
and mounted in a custom, one off steel frame. Its a lot more work that just sticking a bit of glass on a V8 block.

I like them, the bike engined ones like a Honda would probably sell well in the Honda dealerships. Harley ones could go in reception at gay pride HQ.

We had a similar change of furniture when mrs1979 became a permanent addition.

I don’t get it myself. The industrial look is ‘in’ but apparently there is a fine line between the look and actual industrial. I am beyond the line. Apparently.
