EPDM for a shed , what edging options is there

can anyone show me some examples of how to finish the edges for a epdm shed roof ? not really sure what to search for or how its done

yes the rubber laps over the fascia, the trim the covers it.

this also means the corners are folded and not cut

The rubber goes under the gutter drip and the raised edging straps.

do you run sealer under it ...whats to stop the water geting under it and into the screw holes ?

The rubber is glued with a water-based adhesive to within 6" of the roof edge, then contact adhesive is used to secure around the border. The trims are nailed in place. There is generally a foam weather strip that sits on the top face.

Rubber 4 roofs is who I use, no faff just turns up.

I personally use metal trims.

Water ingress is no issue around the nails

Got a rubber sheet roof on our lobby, been there since 1986, and no signs of failure, so its worth spending on.

I think ours was supposed to be a butyl pond liner !
