I've got one that I use at home for light work, and also gets used for tacking up if I have a lot of tacking to do.
Theres a comfort thing on the back of the headband that comes off pretty easy, think that's the same on quite a few models though.

Fair enough not recommend for full use then I just want it for mma welding 140 amp work maybe more

ok guys i think im gunna buy it but as i want it for use a lot gunna buy the darker shade outer layer as well din 10 or something unless any one thinks differently ultimatly i want a miller/ is it speedglas
