Looks very smooth and sensibly done - more runs around the ends where the stress will be.
The welds do look smooth, but the width of that finishing weld looks too wide for it to be a straight movement. What did you do with torch movement on the way? Or is the smoothness a result of some wiggling and the great big puddle you'd have available at those settings?
Nice to see you spaced the cheeks apart during welding The bottom profile probably shrunk slightly on the top face.
Ending up with a slightly narrower gap at the top of the cheeks else. Often see people do that.
