Fiac compressor pump

Hi new member, I've got a 3 hp fiac compressor and recently it's started to slow right down when running and coming to a stop turn it off and on it starts fine then repeats the above changed oil and a new motor within the last few years. Thought I'd pick the brains of those in the know! Any advice much appreciated

What pressure does the tank reach? When it stops does the pressure switch open? Do you hear the short hiss when it stops?

When you turn it off do you use the button on the pressure switch? If so do you get the hiss then?

Checked all switches ect It seems to do it at any pressure it's sounds and looks as if there is resistance in the pump itself as it slows the motor down and can hear it struggling. Just drained the tank and it ran ok if a little sluggish and looking at oil glass it seems it stops moving oil around intermittently I have a feeling it may be a new pump. Thanks for the help so far guys

Try running it with the tank outlet open so pressure doesn't build up. It could be time related or pressure related.

It seems to be behaving now but if it starts playing up again I shall get a video. Thanks for the suggestions. I now also seem to have a bit of an addiction to the forum!
