Filler over painted surface?

Hi quick question
I have sprayed up the spoiler in primer then black base coat
I have a few pin holes in the paint so I was wondering would I be able to
Put standard body filler over the surface sanded of course then put black base coat on I will do a guide coat of course
I hope it is not a stupid question lol

You should get away with some stopper or a high build primer.

as long as its dry and re primed locally, no problem.

So reprime the filled area

Flat back your black as a guide coat to expose the pinholes, skim of 2k (not celly) stopper, flat back, reprime, guide, flat 800 paint.
