Filler/time

Just in the process of removing paint from two doors and will epoxy prime and scratch the surface with 360 then filler to get the correct contours. Question, should the filler be left for the chemical vapours to vent off or can I epoxy over the filler straight away ?

once the filler is hard its done , ready to sand and primer etc

As steve said but key the epoxy with 120-150 grit
