thanks Tiggy you know I dont know what species it is I just made it lol

used the wire brush to shine it up then applied some linseed oil I found in the shed

Brilliant!
A generic 'Fish'. I reckoned Crucian carp.
if two people are recognising it you have got it right.
That means it is yells out 'I am THE FISH' and you cant beat that.
is that a bit of Bream in the head as well?
I have a similar generic fish made when I first started out, not photographed, I will post it tomorrow.
