Fixing some holes in radiator pipe?

It's going to take 1-2 months for replacement pipe to arrive. In the mean time is there anything temporary I can do to fix this hole (and three others on other end) so that I can get on with my buggy build? I've heard of cements for this kind of thing.

A thistlebond pipe repair kit. Or the cheaper similar options

I’ve used the plastic metal sticks to good effect on things like this. Sets like concrete. On the outside of a pipe like that I’d wind some wire tight around with it as well. I’ve even used it inside A series heads where I’ve ground them thin and they’ve gone porous.

The rubber and jubilee clip is a good shout!

Extend the rubber hose that connects to this, then push the hose end past the hole and secure with a couple of jubilee’s. That or a slide a small section on and clamp wherever possible.
Had to do a similar repair to a power steering cooler pipe on the terrano as the front crossmember had rubbed a hole in the aluminium pipe. I just cut it and re-jointed it with some rubber hose, couple of jubilees been no bother for years now

you'd be surprised.

make up a formed very oversize patch in 1mm steel to go on the inside and wedge it in to the inside of the pipe with the hole in the middle. then puddle weld the hole until it's gone. the oversize patch will be a good heatsink so welding hotter will be no problem.

These sort of job's are why I always have oxy acetylene bottles in the van. Braze it.

Whats on the other end? replicate it out of steel tube/copper tube

looks 2 thin and rust pitted to braze. needs to be scrupulously clean for it to take. ive tried brazing crap like that before
