I’ve had this for a while now, thought while I’m sorting stuff out I better give it a clean up.

So started stripping it back prior to refurb

It was only in there to take a photo, I wasn’t heaving on it or anything !

there’s no crack in it either.

it worked fine tipping an edge into a joggle, I just wanted to refurb it nicely.

it’s now in primer with the bare metal polished up too

i can see what you mean, it does look like it but it was filthy, there’s no crack in the part must have been something attached to the grime.

What paint is that? I see you have a tin of Paragon roundel blue for the Records ...

They work well but only on light gauge material. At 0.9mm the gears are losing mesh so bad they start skipping.

Paragon Colchester lathe Dove Grey, the flash makes it look greener than it really is.
