Flexible hose from compressor tank to pipe

Where can I get a flexible hose to connect directly from the compressor tank to my rigid copper pipework I am about to install for my new compressor?

Any ideas local wise ie screwfix, machine mart etc and what exactly is it I need.

That leads me onto my second question how the hell do you get the screwed plug out of the end of the receiver??? Is it a left hand thread or just sodding tight!!!!

Hasn't the compressor got a PCL outlet to plug into?
If you're coming straight from the tank,that tail will be no good,you can't have a "live" feed to a male fitting.
Yes it's RH thread,prob with sealant on it.It's only some gases that have LH threads.

Heat the plug, that should break the seal. I had the same problem, leaning on a tommy bar with a bit of tube on it wouldn't shift it, I heated it and it came out by hand.

Those threaded fittings are usually put in with loctite , a good heating with a blowlamp or heatgun will melt the loctite
