hello all,
I have a little problem with my airmate T3/100.
It starts labouring after reaching 1.5 bar and goes very slowly the till it does eventually fill the tank, I took it all to bits and couldn't find anything wrong.
Here comes the bit I am curious about !!
After putting it all together and finding no difference for some reason I pulled on the top of the motor when running as if I was tightening the belt. Bingo it immediately speeded up, I then jammed a bit of wood between the motor and the compressor and she now runs perfect my next step will be to tighten the belt tension and see if I get the same result without the stick jammed in between.
My question is. How on earth does pulling the motor over make it run perfect ?
