How do you determine the size of a fly press i have 3 with no numbers on, They just have the makers name which is Sweeney and Brocksidge.

Sometimes size can be determined by the diameter of the main screw

My seat of the pants guess would be 4-6 ton rating. The white one looks like a deep back, bit like my Norton 6DB. Shown here for reference.
Surprisingly few pictures of it in my album. Here it is bending builders bandstands, that's one inch thick wall tube.
And my old Edwards...
I am right now in the middle of editing a short video of the Norton 6DB. If I can stop Davinci from constantly crashing, it should get posted any time soon. @spencer 427 will be along in a minute to show you what 8 tons looks like. That's an order of magnitude larger!
