Forget me nots

A simple job.
Customer works away a lot and wants his wifey to remember him.
So he wanted forget me nots on the wall. Sweetie.



The idea was for them to work as shadow casters.
8mm mild steel bar, three coats of lacquer.

Nice, i like the way the petals overlap, looks pretty modern, almost 'spacey' with the ball in the middle.....

Where did you find the sunshine to cast the shadows?
Or did you sharpie them on the wall?

Hitch I was surprised by how well they worked.
it was a complete fluke to get the angles right for the corners, some weird geometry going on there.
Sunshine? I live in herefordshire the sun always shines here.
