Fox Hunter 50lt Air Compressor.

I acquired this Air compressor the other day. I suspect it is a copy from another manufacture.
But It is missing some key bits.




It is a Fox Hunter 2,5Hp 50lt model. My brief search has not turned up much details. Any one here know of suppliers of parts.



Clearly missing is the inlet to the compressor and the out let to the regulator valve.



Plus from the tank to regulator valve block.


If the cost of the parts is to much the machine will be scraped, broken for spares or repairs.

Ant pointers to parts will be gratefully accepted.

It runs and the oil is clean. If it didn't the spanners would of bean out all ready

I've got a spare three way valve that screws into the tank if you want it. It'll have come off a similar sized compressor.

It looks like one of the generic rebadged chinese compressors. You can buy the non return valve cheaply on ebay, just need to know what thread sizes you need. For the pipe that goes up to the cylinder head you can use 15mm plumbing copper pipe & use a brass elbow at the head, 15mm x 1/2" or 3/4" depending on the thread in the head.
The inlet air filters are also on ebay or you can fit a bsp nipple & fit a small car oil filter. There is one that is supposed to have a bsp thread but I have yet to find it but you can make any one fit.

The final update.
Parts were sourced and prices agreed.
Our Local Men In Shed were going to stump up the money for said repair, until the insurance company replied.
We have to list certain tools for the insurance of the unit, the insurance is through the site owner. So we have little or no choice.

Simply put, if we repair the compressor, we have to have it tested and certified and be subject to a annual inspection of it.

That is out the limited budget.
