I like this guy - does a decent job of explaining things and seems a genuine feller.
See if the sparks (professional or amateur) can guess why he got a belt off an "isolated circuit"? He fully accepts the blame early on when he says he checked L-N, but not L-CPC. Ended up getting a hella jolt when he later discovered that even with the RCBO off, there was 170V L-CPC and 130V N-CPC.
The cause ended up being a pretty horrific bodge...
By the way, one of the things I like about him is that when he finds something dangerous like this at 9pm he doesn't say "I'm off home and will sort it in the morning" - he stays until he's made it safe.
