Galvanised bolt torque

I’m installing some(well lots) of M12 galvanised bolts, the torque for regular steel M12 8.8‘s is 100nm, would this be the same for the galvanised versions? I want them as tight as possible…

What are you trying to do ?

You use the 100nm then multiply by the lubrication factor. In this case zinc, so second row down in the table.
This is the nearest to accurate you'll find without having to trawl through 100+ pages.

It’s clamping a horizontal 100x50 shs to a vertical 100x50shs with two plates and 4 bolts. The uprights are fixed but the horizontals need to be adjustable if req(rarely). The beams are between 3-4m and will have max 50kg hanging off them, could be at any point on the beam. I’ll get some photos when next on site. I really need to engineer a better solution but haven thought of it yet…

The specifics of bolt torques isn't really relevent then. Look at HSFG bolts.
