This is my 1st "real" cut with my DIY plasma table.
My friend created a small business garage, at least he's working legally now but needed a sign to be official should i say
It's 3.6 meters tall at the center and 2.9 on the lowest point.
Letters are cut in 3mm hot rolled steel, we used some street light poles cut down to correct size, upcycling should i say. And chemically anchored studs on the pillars so we can adjust the verticality of those poles.
I then calculated the inner and outer lenghts required for a 40mm square tubing to fit, we dont have a roller bender so we made 40 cuts with a 2mm cutting disc, bent it and welded, the fit was spot on, a drop in fit !
Since we put it on his business has boomed, so that makes him happy.
I also designed his logo btw
And I do it for fun, that's not my job
