I'm looking to start up my own mobile welding business.does any1 have any good marketing advice.here's the catch.I still want to keep my job 4 awhile.so just want to do evening and weekend work.any ideas would be much appreciated.

i ran a part time hire buisness no worries on n i stamp ect as your employed just keep records of all your expenses fuel bills tools expendables records of cash taken cheques recieved ect then submit the totals at tax year end the tax people will calculate for u if u want. or do it yourself . r u on about car welding??

Thanks everyone.I have a van on the way and picking up a lincoln ranger welder generator this w.end,I don't yet have a full range of power tools as yet but will buy them as I go.I won't be car welding,looking more for heavier stuff.I'm originally from oz,where I fabricated mining equipment,pressure vessels all heavy engineering.I also worked on the mines as fabricator welder and as a pipefitter/welder.served 4 year apprenticeship.
