Getting a Shroud off Pocket Turbo 130

Tried pulling pushing and unscrewing. Moves and squeaks but will it come off will it eckers like!

How should you be able to do it?

Try turning it clockwise as if screwing it on and at the same time pulling on it, it should come off easy.

On my Cebora it was just a push-on thing with a glorified circlip holding it on the swan-neck. Give it a good tug, as the actress said to the bishop.
