For some reason, Mrs. GT want a glass breakfast bar fitting to one end of the curved marble kitchen worktops.
Similar to this:
I've found the legs, which appear to be either bonded onto the top surface or drilled through and screwed from underneath. The worktops are 30,0 thick.
Haven't even started to look for the glass itself, but I suspect that it will be a special order (toughened + ££) from the local glass place, against a profile template supplied by myself.
Has anyone done this kind of thing before and could give me some pointers as to how feasible it is to DIY?
