Good Gloves for Tig?

My MIG gloves are was too thick for TIG and im after a new pair, anyone got any suggestions for good ones?

Also how do you know what size you need without trying them on?

You need some TIG Gloves, You can get them from most welding suppliers for about a fiver, They come in a standard size, i don't think they have different sizes
