You need some TIG Gloves, You can get them from most welding suppliers for about a fiver, They come in a standard size, i don't think they have different sizes Take a look at these ones from Toolstation http://www.toolstation.com/shop/Workwear/Gloves/Tig+Welding+Gauntlets/d70/sd570/p67132 Only £4.68 inc vat
