They do all other sizes.
Or you can try accu. https://www.accu.co.uk/
Or bolt world

Seat belt mounting bolts are (or used to be) 7/16 unf.
Thanks, maybe I'm using the wrong search terms, but Spalding appear to only stock grade 8 set bolts, I need partially threaded.
accu don't appear to stock what I want.
Boltworld don't appear to stock grade 8 in any form.
DO you really mean grade 8 Unified thread bolts - or the unified equivalent of a metric grade8.8 (ie grade 5) ?
No circular depression though:Yes I really do mean grade 8 imperial bolts, the ones with a circular depression and 6radial marks on the head.
Equivalent to metric 10.9.

Could you please say why this is a requirement.
If there were a choice of a fully-threaded item and a part-threaded item with a home-cut extension to the thread, which is going to be the better-engineered solution?
Don't bolts and set screws have rolled threads, rather than die-cut.Could you please say why this is a requirement.

I just had a rummage in my old company standards - 1-1/4 UNF wasn't listed as generally available as a bolt.Because that's what's specified by the engine block manufacturer, I agree it's a compromise, but I may be able to get around it by adding a thick spring washer.
