Clarke 151TE, i make custom exhausts in mild and stainless steel, my supplier has let me down so i came here to find an alternative supplier for steel 18g tubing (still looking), been here 2hrs just reading through and it's a wealth of info... love it...
Shrewsbury i like... plenty of supplies, 1 nice pub near the church full of bikers and B&Q up the road for some good tools (some bad ones as well), Ludlow is like welding - it starts bright and then it runs out of gas, turning cloudy and rains.. am still after some exhaust tubing << my mission
That would be the yorkshire house , and we now have a new welding suplier .salop industrial and welding supplies ive been in a couple of times very helpfull guy on the counter good stock and prices too :cool
as for b and q i try to avoid it like the plague , screwfix is nearer for me
is it just me or have B&Q got pricey? i bought 3 powerfile belts n it cost me £7.50.. ok they were Bosch and lasted a long time but i bought 45 silverline belts for £14 off fleabay, these are ok if you ease up on the speed and pressure.. salop industrial and welding supplies i give a bell.. sad to say but many places i call have 1 1/2" and 1 3/4" but not 1 5/8" also it's easier to find Stainless than Mild at the moment... which is a 1st
