Grit for blaster

I've acquired one of those Ebay 10gal grit blast tanks. Can someone please suggest the best grit to use for paint/rust stripping steel on a car renovation project AND where I can buy it. I live in Falmouth, Cornwall. Cheers.

J-Blast Supafine (AKA copper slag, Iron silicate). Hodge-Clemco (Wolverhampton Abrasives) may have a depot near you, otherwise look in Yellow Pages &c for "blasting media".

I use aluminium oxide, not sure what size grit but it shifts most crud
