Handytig display

Hi,
A bit confused.
I fired up the handytig for the first time today.
It sometimes comes up with error 9 and I have to switch it off to reset the display.
Also, the icon showing if a pedal or adjustable torch is connected doesn't light up. I have an up/down wp26 torch, the buttons work fine.
The only thing is, the instructions say that if a up/down torch is connected, then the machine amps knob is overrided.!
I can change amps with either, do you think it's faulty.?

I have no-one to turn to up here, the people I bought it from are pretty hopeless in customer care.

Hi Howard,

PM me the details, Serial number, where/when you bought it and who from etc.

I will look into it tomorrow for you.

E9, could mean a problem with the invertor, it won't be anything to do with a footpedal etc.

Either way, if its warranty, I will get it resolved for you.
