If 2K is rollered on will there be risk of inhalation of the bad stuff?

Yes there will. The exposure won't be as severe as it would if sprayed but there is still a risk.
Keep in mind that the nasties in 2K are absorbed through exposed skin as well, not just by inhalation.

Yes there will be but not as bad, even mixing 2k i wear a mask.

In that case, I'd rather not take any chances and will get a mask set-up. May still roller it as I live on a farm with a public foot-path and wouldn't want to effect any of the animals or people.
