Hey folks.

I joined ages when I was looking for a welder to buy for a project. Things changed, sacked the project off and thus didn't need a welder

Fast forward a few years, I've actually bought one. It's by no means anything fancy, probably pretty crappy by most standards but I didn't want to get too deep into it before I've even tried it. Promised myself if I enjoy it though, a bigger/better one will be purchased in a couple of months.

Anyway, on to the forum

Welcome back to the forum Dave, if I were you, I would put any interests, not necessarily welding related & your location on here. There is a wealth of information by members on here, about allsorts of things from building to bodging. (I couldn't think of anything beggining with A-Z) but I'm sure you get the gist.

I thought about Zebras, but I thought in this day & age the RSPCA might get after me, yes ambulances, haven't there been the odd conversion of them on here?
