Hi everyone, My names Brad im 15 from south wales.
My grandad owns a welding/fabrication business in pontypool south wales (Albion welding) .
I can weld MIG,Stick, and im now learning TIG and saving for my own ac/dc inverter.
I ride motocross and love all cars and bikes ,have a passion for old school ford's mainly mk2 escorts,Im also into my 2 stroke tuning and engine building.
I was/am a panel beater/painters apprentice but im now moving towards a career as a plant fitter.

Im currently still in school but i do one day a week at college, its a 2 year course the first year being vbr (vehicle body repair) which is mainly welding,filler work,general prep and painting level one so its mainly the basics of it all and the second year being car mechanics level one so thats removing and checking brakes ,suspension, fitting tyres ballancing them and ive also stripped and rebuilt a few engines even though im still in my first year haha, (dinner times with a mate).
as i said i currently work weekends at a body shop learning all i can but ive now decided in a career as a plant fitter , im planning on going to college (not sure which one yet) and doing my NVQ's possibly upto level 3 in plant mechanics and maintenance which is then basically a qualified fitter and also doing my tickets one day a week so i am legal to drive backhoes 360's dumpers rollers etc. etc.
ohh and not that any of you would be interested but ive restored and tuned a first vehicle for when im 16 ,have a read through my project page if you like? and let me know what you think ?

well my birth date is 11-11-95 so im 15 if my maths are correct
thanks mate :P .
i enjoy taking the time to learn things as everything is a skill and the more experience you have it can only go in your favour so i soak up every opourtunity i have to try something new and learn another skill.
