I'm a new hobby welder, who foolishly ordered a Wolf No Gas 130 MIG Welder 230V in a Screwfix clearance sale. I then found this site and realised the mistake I had made. It is sitting unopened in the porch awaiting to be returned and a Clarke MIG105EN Turbo 'No-Gas' MIG Welder bought as a replacement. The jobs I have lined up are only small repairs and fabrication initially so a smaller machine would be ok and funds are limited. The repairs are outside hence the need for the gas less option. So far I have found this site to be an excellant source of information and will no doubt be back regulary as I try and learn the skills required.

. I've not had any experience of the Wolf migs but I know a few people on here have bought them and not been happy with them. The clarke ones are the best of the bunch for hobby migs so you made a good choice to change to one.
