Hello from Eastleigh, Southampton

Haven't done any welding for years, and I wasn't much good anyhow, I've got an Argos Lincoln (160 I think) and an empty BOC bottle and an empty Air products bottle, half size. What's the best way to get either of them filled/swapped for a full one, I don't fancy paying large amounts of rent :whistle:
