Hi to all,

used to be in the boilermaker game, time served during a time with a company in grangetown, mboro. now in RAF.

had a break of about 14 yrs from the steelworking but have always done peoples bits of welding, wings, floors. just fabricated my own 3" downpipe out of stainless for my saab 900, my toy.

all of this was done by loaning the kit. never had my own, so its time i did. basically looing for soething like a clarke 150, i loaned one, it was great. or something with a big bottle set up. not bothered about buying new, second hand in good nick is as good as anything. its just to do more of the same, car bodies, the odd bit of exhaust work. any suggestions on availability, kit, always taken on board.

If it's of interest I have a Clarke 151TE with trolley, mask, gauntlets, wire, + regulator with pub bottle [plus a couple of disposables] which could be for sale. Everything you need to get welding straight away in fact.

Literally like new - I bought it to learn on small jobs at previous work so it's looks unused, not at all bashed about.

Price to be discussed.......

Used to know a builder in Elgin by the name of Mike 'nobby' Gordon, think he joined the local Police force, if you see a bald copper walking round scratchin his **** - thats our Mikey.
