hi folks, not sure how much I'll actually be posting, but wanted to say hello.
The reason I weld is that I have a project motorcycle and needed the welding get that done.
But now I have ideas for other things!
Not that it matters, but I'm female and kind of old. My welder is a Lincoln Weldpak 100 (several years old) with gas kit that my Dad gave me. Now that I bought a regulator and am using Argon/CO2 mix gas, I'm getting some really nice welds. No idea why Lincoln sold the gas kit and didn't include a way to regulate the gas flow.
Have taken welding twice at an evening tech high school, so I learned some stick through that.
anyway, just posting the intro for the heck of it. I look forward to reading this website and forum.
